After successful long experience in manufacturing of Dropwire, we have developed wide range of Riderless Heald Wire in all types of loops, strip width, strip thickness variety of eyelets to suit every count of yarn and density of weaving to achieve maximum life of Heald Wire with ease of smooth pass of thread from eyelet.
In length almost all sizes suitable for 'C' shape, 'J' shape and 'O' shaped end loops Heald frame in length of 280mm, 331mm, 356mm, 382mm.
In strip width we can offer most three running combination to suit every variety of simplex and duplex Heald. We can supply in strip width of 5.5mm, 6mm, and 7.2mm.
In strip thickness we can offer 0.3mm thickness for standard application and 0.4mm thickness for heavy fabrics and specially developed from 0.2mm to 0.6mm thickness.
The fine polished eyelet and side edge of Heald Wire increase result of fabric lusture and overall finish after process of fabric and design.
In eyelet size we can offer almost all combination eyelets for most suitability of every size yarn and fabric density. Eyelets available are:5.5 x 1.2mm.
6.5 x 1.8mm 6.5 x 2.5mm 7.8 x 3.8mm 8 x 3.8mm 8 x 2.5mm
Eyelet placed option available are in center 5mm above center, 10mm above center. In drawing angle to suit every individual practice we can offer 15 to 35 to get maximum benefit to reduce time of drawing in increase friction life of Heald and minimize risk of inter friction of yarn and Heald.
In plating we can offer range of almost all plating like Zinc Blue Chromate, Zinc Golden Chromate, Nickel Bright, Nickel Satin, Duplex Nickel, Cadmium tough smooth and Copper Plating. We maintain all plating with scientific care and real true Chemistry to enhance long rust protection life. Non-ferrous metal used are pure virgin having 99.9995% purity and from world leader brand like A-Z Australia, Inco Canada and Birla-Copper.

Guidelines for densities have been developed through our extensive application experience. However, they can be influenced by warp yarn types, required densities, or pattern parameters.
Heald wire densities depends on the warp yarn used.
Above are the standard size. We are specia;ist in supply of thin or thick heald to get optimum result. You are requested to contact for technical details.
